• Collaborated with Ware Malcomb Los Angeles to modify this 2-story, 80,000 sf, aerospace building into a new creative office space with a large glass entry, new façades, canopies, eyebrows, sliding glass doors, a monument stair and outdoor site features
• Services included due diligence for Montana Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (the developer) and full structural engineering for core and shell modifications
