Project Manager
Helen Chow is a Project Manager at Insight Structural Engineers. She obtained her Master of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a licensed engineer with over 7 years of experience in the engineering construction industry.
Helen has managed a wide variety of projects, including new construction and tenant improvement of commercial office and retail buildings, custom residential structures, and seismic evaluation and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
